SECTION 1 - Cancellation Policy

No cancellation can be made during or before the first 3 billing months.

Thereafter, if you wish to cancel your account, notify us at least 30 days before end of your term (via an email to support@the360.in). Upon cancellation, your data is deleted from our servers. Since deletion of all data is final please be sure that you do in fact want to cancel your account before doing so.

If you stop using our services in between the term, we will not refund you the fees paid by you for the remaining term. All billing is usually monthly, so in case you abruptly choose to stop using our services abruptly in the middle of the month, we won't be refunding anything for the remaining days of the month.

Fraud Without limiting any other remedies, The360 may suspend or terminate your account if we suspect that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or investigation, or otherwise, forcefully removed our branding) have engaged in fraudulent activity in connection with the services offered by us.

SECTION 2 - Refunds

If you have paid for multiple months in advance, you are entitled to receive refund of the remaining amount subject to the cancellation policy above prorated to the remaining number of months after the end of the current month

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will send you an email. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SECTION 3 - Late Or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
